Full Stack Developer

We are building a real product from scratch together with an entrepreneur, and we need someone who wants to grow with the project and contribute seriously.

Who we are looking for

A full stack developer focused on frontend and mobile, comfortable building modern interfaces but who also understands how to connect everything to the backend.

Current stack

Web frontend
Next.js + React

Key requirements

  • Experience with React (web)
  • Experience with React Native and Expo
  • Knowledge of Next.js
  • Basic to intermediate experience with NestJS or Node.js backend, not just frontend
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs
  • Good UI/UX judgment, not just code
  • Ability to work independently (remote)

Nice to have

  • Experience launching products (MVPs, startups, etc.)
  • Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with deployment (Vercel, Railway, etc.)

Software Development Intern

Who we are looking for

A student in a technical or university program related to technology (Computer Science, Systems, Software or similar) who is already past the halfway point, for example from the 5th term, and wants to do their internship with us.

Key requirements

  • Currently in the 5th term or later of a technology-related program
  • Programming fundamentals (JavaScript or TypeScript preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Git
  • A genuine desire to learn and to ask questions
  • Part-time availability that fits around your classes
  • Living in Peru

Nice to have

  • Personal or class projects you can show (GitHub)
  • Some familiarity with React or Node.js
  • Interest in security and product

Digital Marketing & Content

We are looking for someone to make ShieldApps and SafeRide known: tell our story, grow the community and turn interest into users.

Who we are looking for

A creative, organized person with real experience running social accounts and creating content, comfortable proposing ideas, measuring results and working independently.

Key requirements

  • Experience managing social media and creating content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Clear writing and creativity for campaigns, copy and scripts
  • Command of design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut or similar)
  • Familiarity with paid ads (Meta Ads) and metrics such as reach and conversion
  • Ability to plan a content calendar and stick to it
  • Ability to work independently (remote)

Nice to have

  • Experience in app or tech product marketing
  • Basic SEO and web analytics knowledge
  • Short-form video editing or photography
